LOCAL COURIER - Toronto
- The minimum order value for a local courier is $160.00. Deliveries must be within our Toronto delivery zone. Courier delivery is free for orders over $250.00, otherwise, the fee is $10. Local delivery availability is for Ward 9-Davenport-City of Toronto District Deliveries occur between 3 pm & 6 pm and employ a local courier. You will not receive a tracking number for local delivery. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the selected date between 3 pm & 6 pm. Orders requiring re-delivery due to the recipient not being available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
- Deliveries must be contactless. If you live in a condo or apartment building, delivery will be made to the lobby.
- Plants are only available for pickup and delivery by a local courier. We do not ship plants.
SHIPPING - Toronto (Outside Of Delivery Zone)
- Orders placed by customers located outside of Toronto are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.
SHIPPING - Rest Of Canada
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but they report delays are occurring. Flat rate shipping fee of $10. Free shipping on orders over $250.00 (after discounts, before taxes).

Ontario add 13% HST
All other provinces add 5% GST only.
