Refund policy

We offer you 14 days from the date of shipping to try on your purchase and make certain that it’s the shoe for you. Any returned shoes must be in the original condition with all original packaging material in the original box.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your shoes. requests after this point will be denied.

Returns on all items are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Returns inside Canada may be sent in the most convenient way. SALES WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY WERE PURCHASED (IE. BUY BY VISA, REFUND BY VISA).
